Along the way, I've earned various certifications in nutrition and fitness and been recognized as one of Canada's Top Trainers.

My approach is all about providing workouts that fit your unique fitness path, wherever you are on your journey while having fun along the way!

Start with the group on December 2nd.

These are NOT livestream classes. These are YouTube workouts that you can click on anytime. Starting December 2nd, your day's workout will be emailed to you at 1 a.m. PST.

Equipment: dumbbells, a booty band, access to a wall.

Please note: we cannot send the emails earlier, nor can we resend any emails.

How much does it cost?

Nothing...yes, really. I present one free challenge a year, and what better time to do it than at Christmas! This is my chance to show you what I am about and how I train and coach. It's my gift to you. 🎁

For my Patreon and YouTube community, it's my way of saying thank you for all of your support this past year.

How do I know it's for me?

Regardless of your age or fitness level, my workouts will meet you where you are. If I am new to you, some workouts may seem challenging, but I offer alternatives — and if you push play and do your best, I promise you - you'll be thankful you signed up.

What equipment do I need?

Some dumbbells, a booty band and access to a wall. Oh, and YouTube. All the workouts will be hosted on my YouTube channel.

What if I can't start on Dec 2nd or am away during the 12 days?

You can start this challenge anytime and take as long as you need to complete it—just save the daily emails with the workout links and go at your pace and your schedule.  

When can I get started?

The challenge kicks off on December 2nd. You'll be emailed the day's workout at 1 am PST each day.  

Does my location matter?

Nope. However, it worth mentioning the workout of the day is emailed at 1am PST (but you choose when to do it).

When does registration close?

December 1st, and I'm sorry, but no latecomers will be allowed in. Once registration shuts down, that's it.  

Do I have to log in at a certain time?

These are not live streams. All of the workouts are hosted on my YouTube channel. Subscribe to the channel and perform your Workout of the Day at any time during your day that works for you.
