Are these livestreams?

Nope—all the workouts are on Over Fifty Fitness. Simply log in and start exercising whenever it fits your daily schedule.

How can I view the workouts?

Log in to Over Fifty Fitness and view our workouts in a web browser, or download our app for your phone. We are also available in the following Smart TV app stores: Apple TV, Fire TV, Roku, Android TV and Samsung (2022 and newer models only).

What if I'm a complete beginner?

Perfect! The challenge includes modifications for every fitness level. PJ and Tia provide clear instructions and options so you can work at your own pace.

What equipment do I need?

Simple equipment you probably already have: dumbbells, a chair or bench, a booty band, exercise tubing or a Thera Band, and wall space.

Is this really free?
Absolutely! The Challenge is completely free. No hidden fees, no credit card required.

What if I miss a day?

Life happens! You can catch up or continue from where you left off. The goal is progress, not perfection!

PJ and Tia are certified trainers who specialize in fitness for women over 50. They bring expert guidance, diverse training styles, and clear instruction to every workout.

How long will I have access to the program?

You have one year of free access to complete the challenge. While there's no rush, it's designed to push you. When motivation is low, just start with 5 minutes. Getting going is usually the hardest part!
