Nope—all the workouts are on Over Fifty Fitness. Simply log in and start exercising whenever fits your daily schedule.

How can I view the workouts?

You can view our workouts using a web browser or download our app for your phone. We are also available in the following Smart TV app stores: Apple TV, Fire TV, Roku, Android TV and Samsung (2022 and newer models only).

I am a beginner. Is this program right for me?

You bet! You will be coached to go at your own pace and told what dumbbells you'll need for each workout.

What equipment is needed?

Dumbbells, a chair or bench, and access to a wall.

How long will I have access to the program?
