This is a free account, so you won't have access to everything in the community, but you will be able to check in under the workout posts, and meet the other amazing women doing the Challenge.

The workouts are all YouTube workouts - all you have to do is click play.

Equipment: dumbbells, exercise tubing and access to a chair (or bench).

As a side, I will also show you how you can implement the BOSU ball and stability ball in some of the workouts if you own those tools.

Workout length: workouts range from 20-45 minutes and each one includes a warm-up and a cool down/stretch.
