21 days of workouts are sent to you daily. Here's the rundown and some FAQs:

After you sign up and we receive your email address, we will email you all the info about the challenge and your Challenge ebook.

NOTE: please check your spam folder or if you have a Gmail account, your Promotion & Social tabs if you don't see the email after a few hours of registering.

Get ready for the next day.

Once you sign up you'll receive a welcome email, and then starting the next day your first workout of the day will be emailed to you, and each day thereafter at 1 am PST.

The workouts are all YouTube workouts - all you have to do is click play.

Equipment: dumbbells, exercise tubing and access to a chair (or bench).

As a side, I will also show you how you can implement the BOSU ball and stability ball in some of the workouts if you own those tools.

Workout length: workouts range from 20-45 minutes and each one includes a warm-up and a cool down/stretch.
