Nope - all the workouts are on YouTube, so you choose when you want to work out.

1) They followed my simple 5-minute rule that I explain in email #1.

2) They read the daily emails and used those as their 'gentle' nudge to get that day's workout in.

3) They recognize that fitness is a life-long habit, not a sprint.

I designed this program to adapt, motivate, and deliver. You'll get workouts that match your level, keep you engaged, and create real results—making fitness something you'll actually enjoy and stay 'motivated' to do.

What if I don't complete the program in 21 days?

Please read the #3 tip above. I love it when women acknowledge that life may get in the way and their fitness may take a backseat. Because that's real life, and that is 100% okay. So, no worries! You will have access to the workouts for as long as you need.
