Are these livestreams?

Nope - all the workouts are on Over Fifty Fitness. Simply log in and start exercising at your convenience, whenever it fits your daily schedule.

Why is this a rental? What if I need more time?

Our program is a rental, making it incredibly simple for you to get started—no strings attached, zero commitment, and budget-friendly.

If you need more time, you can rent it for another month. Alternatively, many of our participants end up joining Over Fifty Fitness for full access to all our osteoporosis bone-building programs.

I have osteoporosis. Is this program safe?

Yes. All of the workouts are programmed and coached with you in mind. However, you must be able to get up off the ground and down again without any issues.

What equipment is needed?

Dumbbells, a chair or bench, access to a wall and tubing.

Are there any materials I get to keep?

We provide you with an e-book containing fitness tips, as well as a dumbbell guide that outlines the appropriate weight for various fitness levels and body parts.

We have taken the guesswork out. All you have to do is push play and start working on your muscles AND bones.
