The workout:

Bone-building Drill

We'll start with a special bone building drill designed to target the femoral neck, while also working on your balance.

Strength Workout

Full body strength workout where I'll also give you tips and tricks on how to lift safely and effectively.

Tools: a pair of light & moderate dumbbells, chair

Core Conditioning

We'll finish off the workout with some core exercises designed to improve both your strength and stability - and all osteoporosis-friendly.

If we’ve never met, I’m PJ Wren. I'm YouTube’s favourite trainer for women over 50 and Over Fifty Fitness's lead trainer and CEO.

For almost three decades, I’ve been a personal trainer, health coach, and head cheerleader for tens of thousands of women over 50.

I’ve helped women from all walks of life and at all stages of their health get stronger and fitter.
